SETTING

Please use the following pages as a reference concerning resort amenities, activities, and the resort spa.

Characters interested in staying for the long haul will eventually be encouraged to find employment within the resort and may apply for any job within the confines of the resort's provided amenities and activities. All characters applying for these jobs will be hired and trained in a total span of a week's time.

For characters who choose to make the Sophrosyne Islands their home, they must apply for residency (this will need to be handwaved as it would take place with NPC staff members at the resort and will require at least a week to process) or they may take part in the residency baptism ritual which is offered during some of Aisling Isle's holidays (this can be threaded or handwaved and the process takes a few minutes). Once that's approved or completed, respectively, new residents may apply to have their assets from home transferred to the islands. Again this process would be handwaved as it's entirely with NPC staff members. This process of approval and arrival should take approximately three weeks total.

The Sophrosyne Archipelago

Located within a sentient pocket vortex, the Sophrosyne Archipelago exists outside the confines of time itself. The atmosphere is controlled by chemosignals released by locals and visitors alike.

Aisling Isle

Aisling Isle is the central island of the Sophrosyne Archipelago and is where the Aisling Isle Resort is located.

Your character will arrive here, whether by choice or involuntarily, and this is where their housing will be located. They are free to move about the islands in the Sophrosyne Archipelago as they choose.

All characters will be staying in a private, luxury suite. There is no cable and the internet is corrupted so that it's only accessible within the pocket vortex, but other than that, any and all services and amenities that your character would like, they will either have or they can request. Ask and you shall receive! (You know, within reason.)
